Extent of the family program:

• 24 hours telephone consultation service of the actual health condition with a general practitioner, unlimited
• 24 hours medical ambulance service of the emergency general practitioner, all ambulance trips free of charge. Arrival within 2hours after call (health centres Prague and Brno). Valid on the territory of the capital city of Prague and the city of Brno. This service does not substitute the "quick emergency service" accessible on the telephone number 155!
• Reservation to our physicians via the call center of the health centre Mediconet
• Possibility of choice of the attending physician from the offer of the health centres
• Maximum shortening of reservation time
• Maximum shortening of waiting time for examination at the health centre
• Securing and providing of the medical care by the general practitioner with subsequent further professional examinations in the diagnostic facility:

• Up-to-date health documentation in English in case of a foreign journey
• Providing of comprehensive prenatal care for pregnant women
• Examination of kinetic apparatus
  • kinesiological analysis twice a year free of charge (once for every adult member of the program)
  • 12 × 30 minutes of physiotherapist's visits free of charge in the framework of the program (e.g. 6 times for every adult member of the program - according to agreement)
• Comprehensive stomatological care in the facilities of the health centre
  
  • Preventive stomatological care free of charge - one visit a year for every member of the program
  • Therapeutic stomatological care with 5 % discount
  • Implantology and prosthesis
  • Dental hygiene basic four times a year free of charge (every adult member twice)
  • Dental hygiene therapeutic with 5 % discount
• Preventive vaccination against influenza, for every member
• Preventive vaccination against tick-borne encephalitis, 1st dose free, for 1 member
• Preventive vaccination against hepatitis A+B, 1st dose free, for 1 member
• Mediation of transport for planned hospitalization, once a year transport free of charge, the others according to tariff
• Contact of the family practitioner with the client during hospitalization
• Transport of medicaments on the spot according to the client's wish, 8 times a year the trip free of charge, the others 35 % discount compared to tariff, transport only in Prague, valid for the health centre Prague
• Supervision of therapy or quality of care by an impartial specialist, subsequent information about facts and measures discovered, unlimited
• Possibility of the trip of a nurse to the client (re-bandages, injections etc.), 10 times a year free of charge, further according to tariff, only in Prague, at the time Mon - Fri, 7.00 - 20.00, valid for the health centre Prague
• Preventive ophtalmologic examination once a year free of charge for every member, possibility of choice of contact lenses with 10 % discount
• One package of vitamins three times a year
• Possibility of taking advantage of selected fitness centers at the contractual partners of the health centre Mediconet
• Two preventive examinations free of charge (one for every adult member of the program), according to the age and sex of the client
