Extent of the family program:

• 24 hours telephone consultation service of the actual health condition with a general practitioner, unlimited
• 24 hours medical ambulance service of the emergency general practitioner, twice a year ambulance trip free of charge, the others 20 % discount compared to tariff. Valid on the territory of the capital city of Prague and the city of Brno. Arrival within 2hours after call. This service does not substitute the "quick emergency service" accessible on the telephone number 155!
• Possibility of choice of the attending physician
• Reservation to our physicians via the call center of the health centre
  
• Maximum shortening of reservation time
• Maximum shortening of waiting time for examination at the health centres
  
• Securing and providing of the medical care by the general practitioner with subsequent further professional examinations in the own diagnostic facility

  • kinesiological analysis twice a year free of charge (once for every adult member of the program)
  • 6 × 30 minutes of physiotherapist's visits free of charge in the framework of the program (e.g. 3 for every adult member of the program - according to agreement)
• Comprehensive stomatological care
• Preventive stomatological care free of charge - one visit a year for every member of the program
• Therapeutic stomatological care

  • Dental hygiene basic twice a year free of charge (every adult member once)
  • Dental hygiene therapeutic
• Preventive vaccination against influenza, for every member
• Preventive vaccination against tick-borne encephalitis, 1st dose free, for 1 member
• Mediation of transport for planned hospitalization, once a year transport free of charge, the others according to tariff
• Contact of the family practitioner with the client during hospitalization
• Transport of medicaments on the spot according to the client's wish, four times a year the trip free of charge, the others 20 % discount compared to tariff, transport only in Prague, valid then for the health centres Prague
  
• Supervision of therapy or quality of care by an impartial specialist, subsequent information about facts and measures discovered, 10 times a year free of charge, the others according to tariff
• Possibility of the trip of a nurse to the client (re-bandages, injections etc.), twice a year free of charge, further according to tariff, only in Prague (health centres Prague),
  at the time Mon - Fri, 7.00 - 20.00
• Preventive ophtalmologic examination once a year free of charge for every member, possibility of choice of contact lenses
• One package of vitamins twice a year
• Possibility of taking advantage of selected fitness centers by the contractual partners of the health centre Mediconet
• Two preventive examinations free of charge (one for every adult member of the program), according to the age and sex of the client
