Preventive examinations of the health centre Mediconet

Mediconet offers you, in cooperation with the health insurance company OZP a.s., following prevention:

  • cardiovascular diseases for women and men from 40 to 60 years of age in the interval once a year
  • osteoporosis for women and men from 50 years of age in the interval once a year
  • prevention of malign melanoma for women, men and children without age limitation

These preventive examinations carried out in the facilities of Mediconet are fully settled from the prevention fund for insured persons of OZP.

Preventive examinations for women

TYPE A
Up to 50 years of age

  • preventive examination at the Internal Specialist/General Practitioner
  • determination and interpretation of BMI
  • laboratory screening:
  • hematology:FW, blood picture+diff.
  • diabetology: glycemia
  • lipids: Triacylglycerids, HDL, LDL Cholesterol
  • liver tests: ALT, AST, GMT
  • kidney: Creatitin, urea, uric acid
  • urine: chemically, sediment
  • ECG and its description
  • abdominal sono
  • written record of the patient into the database of the health centres including comment from the realized preventive examination

TYPE B
Over 50 years of age

  • preventive examination at the Internal Specialist/General Practitioner
  • determination and interpretation of BMI
  • laboratory screening:
  • hematology: FW, blood picture+diff.
  • diabetology: glycemia
  • lipids: triacylglycerols, HDL, LDL cholesterol
  • liver tests: ALT, AST, GMT
  • kidneys: creatinine, urea, uric acid
  • calcitonin: TSH
  • stool: occult blood
  • urine: chemically, sediment
  • ECG and its description
  • abdominal sono
  • breast sono
  • securing of mammography if needed
  • written record of the patient into the database of the health centres including comment from the realized preventive examination

Preventive examinations for men

TYPE C
Up to 50 years of age

  • preventive examination at the Internal Specialist/General Practitioner
  • determination and interpretation of BMI
  • laboratory screening:
  • hematology: FW, blood picture+diff.
  • diabetology: glycemia
  • lipids: Triacylglycerids, HDL, LDL Cholesterol

TYPE D
Over 50 years of age

  • determination and interpretation of BMI
  • laboratory screening:
  • hematology: FW, blood picture+diff.
  • diabetology: glycemia
  • lipids: triacylglycerols, HDL, LDL cholesterol
  • liver tests: ALT, AST, GMT
  • kidneys: creatinine, urea, uric acid
  • oncological serum prevention: PSA
  • stool: occult blood
  • urine: chemically, sediment
  • ECG and its description
  • abdominal sono
  • written record of the patient into the database of the health centres including comment from the realized preventive examination

    • These preventive examinations carried out in the facilities of the health centre Mediconet are fully settled from the prevention fund for insured persons of OZP and health insurance company of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
